Returns & Refunds
1. Scope
This policy covers paid training seats purchased directly from DevTech Engine. Enterprise statements of work may include bespoke clauses that supersede portions of this policy when signed.
2. Eligibility window
For standard cohort purchases, you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment provided the cohort has not begun and no confidential pre-work has been accessed.
3. Partial refunds
If you withdraw after materials are distributed but before the midpoint, a partial refund of up to 50% may be offered depending on seat replacement feasibility.
4. Non-refundable items
Non-refundable items include third-party venue fees already paid, custom research commissioned for your team, and shipping of physical kits once dispatched.
5. Process
Email hello@devtechengine.one with your order reference, participant name, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days and respond with a decision within ten business days.
6. Method and timing
Approved refunds return to the original payment path where technically possible. Processing may take up to 14 business days depending on payment partners.
7. Japanese consumer notes
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights under the Consumer Contract Act of Japan or other applicable consumer protection rules. For disputes, you may also use certified dispute resolution mechanisms available in your jurisdiction.
